Perform CPR HLTCPR201A
This purpose of the course Perform CPR is to provide participants with the skills and knowledge required to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines.
Entry requirements: Nil.

Duration: 3 hours
Venue: This program can be conducted at your location of business or at a venue that is suitable and convenient to the participants. NKM Fire and Training is able to deliver this course at a time to suit your needs
Class Size: Normally a minimum of six (6) participants is required and a maximum of 20 participants is allowed.

Evaluation: Competency is assessed during the course by way of practical demonstration of skills using a model of the human body (resuscitation manikin) in line with ARC guidelines. CPR Knowledge and skills must be demonstrated in line with State / Territory guidelines also.
Certificates: On successful completion of this course participants are awarded a Statement of Attainment in Perform CPR Certificate.‡
This certificate is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue and therefore it is recommended that qualifications be updated regularly thereafter.
Next Step: Participants who have successfully completed this course are encouraged to undertake the Course Apply first aid HLTFA311A or Apply advanced first aid HLTFA412A.
